Care
Thoroughly clean the appliance after use in order to avoid corrosion by
animal acids.
IMPORTANT - In case of occasional use, the battery should be
recharged at least every 2 months.
Operation at low temperatures (< 0°C) may result in reduced
operating time.
Do not expose the device to direct sunlight for long time.
The associated elevated temperatures may damage the device.
Avoid prolonged storage of the device at temperatures over 40°C.
This significantly reduces the life of the built-in batteries.
Storage
Please store the product in a closed, dry place. Prevent unauthorized
use. Faulty operation can lead to physical damage.
Disposal
In the case of a total damage, please ensure proper disposal according
to applicable national law. We recommend that an inspection be per-
formed by an authorized specialist.

Ensure that the product is serviced by trained personnel only.
Only carry out repairs to the GENTLER exclusively by our authorized
specialist dealers. Improper repairs may result in considerable danger
for the user.
Improper repairs will also result in the cancellation of your warranty
claim - in particular, opening of the device by unauthorized persons.
Protect the equipment from unauthorized use by third parties such
as children or adults who have not been instructed in the use of the
Gentler.
Guarantee
There is a two-year worldwide manufacturer‘s warranty from the date
of purchase. The sole contact person for the warranty is the seller or
distributor in the respective country.

It applies throughout Europe. The statutory warranty (liability for
defects) is not restricted by the guarantee. The warranty covers the
assumption of all repair and shipping costs for defects occurring
during the warranty period and which are not based on wear, normal
consumption or improper handling. In case of guarantee claim, please
contact the aforementioned guarantor. After sending the product and
submitting the proof of purchase, the product will be repaired free of
charge or replaced by an equivalent product.
Troubleshooting
Some days before use, dry feed is to be avoided during the feeding of
the animals, since this can lead to a dry bowel and reduced conductivi-
ty of the electrical signal at the treatment site.
