Indications for proper maintenance
Maintenance
- Recharge within 6 months. Recommended 3 months.
- Store at a temperature between 5 and 30 °C, in the original packaging.
Main rules and precautions for use
- protect the battery from possible impacts and mechanical and thermal shocks
- Do not disassemble the battery
- Adhere to the warnings on the appropriate battery label
- Do not leave the battery charger connected once charging is completed

13.4. Charging the batteries
To charge the floor washer, connect the appropriate charger supplied to the socket on the machine then
connect to the mains.
The machine is also fitted with a control directly on the control panel, by pressing and holding the water
quantity selection control for 5 seconds.
This allows the solution tank to empty completely (on a manhole or appropriate drain). Should the
operator forget to release the control, it stops automatically after 10 minutes.
Before leaving the machine unattended or performing any maintenance operation, ensure
it is on a flat surface, turn off the machine and remove the key.
In the event of electrolyte leakage, take all precautions to avoid contact with the fabrics you are wearing.
Should this happen accidentally, follow the procedures below:
- Inhalation: breathe fresh air and aerate the contaminated area.
- Moisten mouth and nose with water. Seek medical attention.
- Contact with the skin: take off contaminated clothing and rinse contaminated parts with plenty of water.
Seek medical attention.
- Contact with the eyes: rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Go to hospital immediately.
Seek medical attention.
- Swallowing: if the victim is conscious, have them drink plenty of water. Go to hospital immediately.
- Further treatment: In all cases of contact with the eyes, persistent skin irritation, swallowing and vapour
inhalation, it is advisable to seek medical attention.
When charging the batteries, connect the battery charger to the batteries before connecting it to the power
outlet.
