VIDEO Setting Change
In SETUP Menu, if select VIDEO icon, sub items related to video are listed up as
picture shown.
•TV Standard
Ö NTSC : Korea, North America
Ö PAL : Europe and elsewhere
•TV Type
Ö 4:3 (for standard TV)
Ö
16:9(for Wide TV)
•Display
Ö Original(Letter Box) :
Select this option for wide screen movies(16:9) with an ordinary 4:3 TV.
There will be margins on the upper and lower sides of the screen.
Ö Pan & Scan :
Select this option if you want a wide screen movies(16:9) to be
adjusted fully to the screen of ordinary 4:3 TV. The left/right side of
the movie is cut, and the margin of top/bottom is disappeared.
Ö Full Screen : Select this option, if you want to adjust a movie
screen of TV with no consideration of original ratio. In this case,
according to the ratio of original movie, displaying size is enlarged
upward/downward or to the left/right.
•Video Out
Ö Composite/S-Video : Using ordinary analog TV.
Ö Component(DVD or each Mode) : Connecting with TV through
Ö
Component(Y, Pb, Pr) output connector.
Ö DVI (Auto or each Mode ) : Connecting with TV through DVI connector.
Ö VGA (each mode) 60Hz: Using analog output through DVI-A connector. You can
choose one of 600x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x768, 1280x960, 1280x1024, or
1360x768 DVI-A output for the best quality.

Changeable modes are six(6) level.
