Removal of side racks
Note: As part of the regular cleaning of the steam oven
it may be necessary to remove the side racks for better
access to the sides and rear of steam oven interior. This
procedure is fairly simple as outlined below and care
should be taken ensuring the side racks are cooled before
removal to avoid scalds or burns.
• There are two mounting posts located on the left and
right hand sides of the oven interior that hold theside
racks in place as shown in (Figure 1 (left hand side
shown)), marked - front and - rear mounting-
posts.
• Push the front part of the side rack in and upwards
direction (Figure 2), releasing the anchoring pointfrom
the front mounting post .
• Pull the side rack forward (Figure 3), releasing the an-
choring point from the rear mounting post .
Reverse the above procedure to re-fit the side racks.

Replacing the oven lamp
Warning: Ensure that the appliance is unplugged
before replacing the lamp to avoid the possibility
of electric shock.
• If accessible, simply unplug the oven from the power-
point, otherwise switch off at the switchboard or circuit
breaker!
• Unscrew the glass cover attached to the lamp holder.
• Unscrew the lamp and replace it with another high-tem-
perature lamp (300°C) with the following characteristics:
- Voltage: AC220V-240V
- Wattage: 15 W
- Socket: E 14
• Remount the glass cover and reconnect the appliance to
the power supply.
Warning: Do not operate the appliance with a da-
maged cord or plug, after the appliance malfunc-
tions or has been damaged in any manner. Re-
turn appliance to the nearest Authorized Service
Center for examination, repair or adjustment!
