MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

CLEANING THE SMOKE SIDE

We advise cleaning the stove in this way when you
note problems with combustion.
If the stove has been installed and used properly, this
needs to be done every two months or so.
Proceed as follows (diagram below)
•  remove the grille and fat tray from the oven
•  undo the bolts securing the fixed tray
•  remove the tray
•  clean the area where the fumes circulate around

the oven with a vacuum cleaner.
