INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

OPERATION

•  OFF
•  COOKING FUNCTION
•  HEATING FUNCTION (in STAND-BY or not in STAND-BY, i.e. with or without switching on/off depending on the

room temperature)

OFF

The pellet burning cooker is off.
The display (figure below) shows the date, time and status of the cooker.
The oven heating LED is off.
The ON/OFF LED is off.

CRONO: timer thermostat
active (crono LED on)

R: sets the HEATING function of the oven without fan
C: sets the COOKING function of the oven without fan
R: sets the HEATING function of the oven with fan
C: sets the COOKING function of the oven with fan

The

OFF

function is useful in summer or any other time you want to use the cooker without the pellet

function, just like an electric oven.
Here are the possible operations with the OFF function.
You can access the menus by pressing the Menu button (M) from the main screen.
To go back to the main screen from any menu, press the On/Off button just one time.
