CARE
Removing the Shade
■
Move the shade to the fully raised position and disconnect the power.
■
While keeping one hand on the cassette at all times, push up on the plastic release tabs of the bracket until you hear it click and
see that it stays in place.
NOTE:
Push up on the release tabs of the end brackets first and then on the center bracket(s).
■
Place both hands in the middle of the cassette (along the front bottom) and pull straight out.
Cleaning Procedures
The following options are available if your shade needs cleaning.
Dusting
■
Dust regularly with a feather duster.
Vacuuming
■
Use a hand-held vacuum with low suction for more thorough dust removal.
Compressed Air/Hair Dryer (Cool Setting)
■
Use compressed air or a hair-dryer on a cool setting to blow dust and dirt off of shades.
Injection/Extraction Method
This type of professional cleaning injects a cleaning solution into the fabric and extracts the dirty solution in the same motion.
