5.13 Scrambling* (Analogue Channel Only)

This function achieves voice encryption to ensure secret communication.
Scrambled signals can be received and sent only after enabling this function. This
function needs to be set using the programming software.

To transmit signals correctly between a sending radio and a receiving radio via a
channel with scrambling enabled, this function needs to be enabled on the both
radios.
