Step 18: Door Wall Assembly

Part 1

Measure the distance between (2179) Door Post and

(2336) Centre Post to make sure it is 17-1/2”. If it does not

meet this measurement loosen all bolts in (2179) Door Post

and (2336) Centre Post, move posts until you achieve this

measurement then re-tighten the bolts. (fig. 18.1)

On the Front Wall attach (2186) Back Front Wall to (2180)

Post, (2336) Centre Post and to both (2181) Short Posts with

4 (H2) 1/4 x 2” Hex Bolts (with lock washer, flat washer and

previously installed t-nut) and 2 (S2) #8 x 1-1/2” Wood Screws

as shown in fig. 18.2 and 18.3. Notice the screw holes are

towards the bottom of the board.
