Electric Vehicle Guide

Charging Electric Vehicle (AC Charge)

4. Open the charging door and

remove the AC charging inlet
cover (1) to access the AC
charging inlet port.

CAUTION

In order to connect the charging
connector, release the door lock to
unlatch the charging connector lock
system.
If not, the charging connector and
the vehicle's charging inlet may be
damaged.

5. Check if there is any dust or for

-

eign substances on the charging
connector and charging inlet.

6. Hold the charging connector han

-

dle and connect it to the vehicle
AC charging inlet.

7. Push the connector until you hear

a "clicking" sound. If the charging
connector and charging terminal
are not connected properly, this
may cause a fire.

of each AC charger.

Mode

When the charging connector and
the charging inlet are connected,
you can choose the mode by
pressing button. The charging
connector will be locked at a dif

ferent time depending on the
selected mode.

nected, the charging connector
will be automatically locked.

䳜 AUTO Mode: When the charging

connector is properly connected
and charging is initiated, the
charging connector will be
locked.

station to start charging.
