Protection Functions

U3606B User’s Guide

97

Over-current limit (OC)

The over- current limit prevents the output current flowing
through the load to change beyond the programmed
over- current limit. If the load effect exceeds the programmed
over- current limit, the CV output will be lowered to
maintain the output power across the load. The combination
of the OC and OCP features create a closed loop circuit
protection for sensitive load behaviors.

Select the constant current function

The CV annunciator will turn on according to your selection.
