5 Check output and copy acf files to appropriate directory
Once the certificates are created, use the command ls output/ to check the
output. Copy the acf files to the correct directory in order for them to work
properly.
The directory to copy the acf files to is as below:
/root/wave/7.4.27/aerolink/certificates
Use the commands below to copy the acf files to the above directory:
cp output/* /root/wave/7.4.27/aerolink/certificates
6 Making certificates for OBU
The Transceiver card also needs a certificate for OBU.
The process for creating the certificate is the same as creating a certificate for the
RSU. As the psid for OBU (0x20) and RSU (0x87) are different, the directory for
this new certificate needs to be a different directory as well.
Commands for creating the certificate for Transceiver card are follows:
– cd obu
– mkdir output
– certadm add - binary obu/[file name that located in obu directory]/
trustedcert/pca
NOTE
Above are the commands for making certificates, the fourth command needs to
be repeated according to the number of files which need to be made into
certificates. For example, if there are 10 certificates for RSU, the 10th command
for making the 10th RSU certificate is shown below:
