SMU/GNDU connection with prober
NOTE
Series Resistor and Shunt Resistor
The series resistor and the shunt resistor can be used for preventing MCSMU from
oscillation. If the MCSMU oscillates, insert either 100
series resistor or 50
shunt
resistor.
If it does not stop the oscillation, prepare the resistor of the other value and insert it
between the Output High and the device under test (DUT).
