This query returns the identification of the probe connected to the specified

channel.

Syntax

Example

Remarks

– This command is only applicable for channels 2 and 3. If a channel other than

channel 2 or 3 is specified, error 701,“Applicable to channel 2 and 3 only” will

occur.

– If channel 1 or 4 is not connected, error –241,“Hardware missing; Sensor is not

found in channel <channel>.” will occur.
