Starting the N108xA IEEE 802.3 Ethernet KR/CR Compliance Test Application
After you install the N108xA IEEE 802.3 Ethernet KR/CR Compliance Test Application on a PC along
with the N1010A FlexDCA interface, start the N108xA IEEE 802.3 Ethernet KR/CR Compliance Test
Application in one of the following ways:
Access the N108xA IEEE 802.3 Ethernet KR/CR Compliance Test Application directly from the Start menu
Refer to

where the procedure to start the application directly (that is, without launching the N1010A FlexDCA
Remote Access Software) is described.
Access the N108xA IEEE 802.3 Ethernet KR/CR Compliance Test Application using the N1010A FlexDCA
Remote Access Software on your PC
1 Ensure that the N1010A FlexDCA Remote Access Software is connected to the Oscilloscope.

2 After a connection between the N1010A FlexDCA Remote Access Software and the Oscilloscope
is established, the N1010A FlexDCA Remote Access Software on your PC may indicate that it is
remotely controlled, as shown in
Figure 50

button (towards the upper right
corner).
