5 Bring up the M8195A SFP. Select the Clock tab and enter the Reference Clock
Frequency as 10 MHz .
Change the position of the two switches as shown in the Figure 21 . This step
will ensure that the signal generation and measurement system’s timing base
are synchronized from the N5183Bs’ 10 MHz reference output.

6 Set the RF frequency and amplitude of the N5183B . Press the FREQ button
and enter 37.5 GHz . Press the AMPTD button, enter 6 to 8 dBm (depends on
LO cable loss). Turn on the source output.
