2 Once the M1971E is detected by the Signal Analyzer, it will switch input to the
external mixer port, automatically reconfigure itself, and load the correction
data from the smart mixer.
We need to switch the smart mixer from the default mode to the dual
conversion path. On the X series signal analyzer, select the Input/Output
measurement function. Select the Input tab and in the Mixer Path control,
choose DualConversion from the drop-down list. Also turn on the Signal ID
function as shown in figure below.
