After setting factory defaults, adjust the switch to use the desired subnet. In our case we use the IP address
192.168.1.251
–
as this fits the default subnet of the KD-IP922 system. Ensure the DHCP client is disabled as
well. Set the Router IR address to that of the router in the network.

After making the adjustment, the switch will automatically move to the new IP address. The
computer may lose connection to the switch at this time. Adjusting the static IP to be in the new
subnet will allow for connection to be reestablished on the new IP address.

By default, Jumbo frames are enabled on this network switch. Verify that the maximum frame size is 9600
(the maximum value)
