6.4 - Inserting the panel on the beam
6.5 -
Fixing the floor guide and plate
Before inserting the panel on the beam, the anti-derailment wheels
of the runners must be free and the belt anchoring brackets must
not be present. Then loosen the screws shown in the figure below
and remove any belt anchoring brackets present.
Once the panels have been adjusted, the floor guide can be fixed
in place. The position of the guide depends on the vertical position
of the panels. The Teflon block is correctly positioned when it is
flush with the rear of the panel when closed. Secure the plate to
the floor using suitable expansion plugs and screws.
Once the panel is connected to the beam, push the anti-derailment
wheels upwards and lock them.
N.B. It is advisable not to lock the anti-derailment wheel directly
in contact with the upper part of the beam profile, but to leave
approximately 0.5 ÷ 1 mm of space between the wheel and the beam.
At this point it is possible to connect the panel to the beam.
Finally secure the runners with the dedicated M6x14 TE screws.
For the positioning dimensions of the runner with respect to the
panel, refer to the tables in the “installation dimensions” section
according to the type of panel to be installed.
