(4) AC (All Clear: delete the contents of measurement value memory)

This operation deletes the measurement data, statistical results and com-
ments from the unit's memory.

• "FFF" display in the display during measurement indicates that all

measure ment value memory locations are in use. If this occurs,
perform the procedure to delete and then measure again.

• "HH" or "LL" will appear in the display if the measured coating

thickness values exceed the upper or lower bounds of the unitis
measurement range.

(5) DEL (Partial deletion of measurement value data)

You can delete specific measurement values such as erroneous
measurement data which you do not wish to be used in statistical
calculations.

•

Example: 

Delete data for the forth measurement made.

• After statistical processing has been done it is not possible to delete

a portion of the measurement data used for processing in order to
change the processed results.
