维护保养

6.1

概述

必须定期检查和维护整台设备。

应注意以下几点：

• 必须将操作手册提供给维护人员，并予以重视。只能进行此处列出的维护工作和维护措施。
• 机器和设备上的所有的维修、检查和清洁工作都必须非常小心，由受过培训的专业人员在安全的工作场所进

行。必须穿戴必要的个人防护装备。机器必须断开对所有工作所进行的供电。必须防止意外接通。此外，在
水池和/或容器处作业时，根据 BGV / GUV 的固定，遵守相应的预防措施。

• 机器和设备的电气工作必须由专业人员来完成。
• 确保所需的工具和材料可用。整洁有序保证了机器的安全无故障运行。下班后将清洁材料和工具从机器处拿

走。保持所提供的空间中储存有所有材料和工具。

• 运行介质（例如油，润滑剂等）被收集在合适的容器中，并被适当处置（根据指令 75/439/EWG 以及法令《

废物处置法案》 AbfG §§5a，5B）。清洁和维护时应穿戴适当的防护衣。根据废物处理方案 TA 524 02 和
EC 指令 91/689/ EEC 进行处理。只能使用制造商推荐的润滑剂。机油和润滑油不能混用。只能使用厂家的
原装配件

机器的试运行或功能测试必须在一般的操作条件下进行！

6.2

维护计划

每月一次：

功耗和电压的控制
检查所使用的开关设备、密封室控件等。

半年一次：

电源线的目测检查
配件的目测检查

3000 运行小时：

对带有锁油仓的泵的目测检查

8000 运行小时或 2 年后：

绝缘电阻测试
密封室/密封仓运行介质更换
所有安全和监控设备的功能测试。

此外，必须遵守有关泵站检查和维护的规范性要求。
