Assignment of soil stand brackets
Install the steel panel radiator with the speci-
fied assignment of soil stand brackets depen-
ding on the steel panel radiator's length (BL)
table and Fig. 4, D – number of soil stand bra-
ckets, A, B, C – position of soil stand brackets.
Installation of soil stand bracket with
radiator

Turn the radiator around, with the bottom
facing upwards (Fig. 5).
■
Place the first soil stand bracket (1) on the
bottom of the radiator in position A accor-
ding to the table and Fig. 4. When installing
on a Vplus radiator, insert the tips (4) bet-
ween the pipe and radiator panel (Fig. 6), if
necessary, loosen the screws (3).
Caution!
On all radiators, the tips (4) must
grip into the recesses in the panel.

The side faces of the soil stand bracket
must touch the outer sides of the radiator
(Fig. 7).
Tighten the screws (3), while at the
same time paying attention to the alignment
of the bracket.

Insert the bracket foot (2) into the bracket
(1) until it reaches the end stop, tighten the
grub screw (5) (Fig. 8). Fix the second bra-
cket in the same way as the first.

Note:
From BL 1800, install one or two more
brackets on the radiator in position B or C
according to the table and Fig. 4.
■
Turn the radiator around and stand it on the
installed brackets, position it in the instal-
lation location, mark the drill holes (Fig. 9).
■
Remove the radiator and drill the holes
(Fig. 10).
■
Put the radiator in position again, align it,
and secure it using suitable dowels and
screws (4 screws per bracket, max. Ø10 mm)
(Fig. 11).

Align the radiator horizontally: Loosen the
grub screw (5) on each bracket and correct
the clearance, then tighten again (Fig. 12).
■
Cover the radiator completely again with the
packaging until initial operation of the ra-
diator (Fig. 13).
Installation of the stand bracket bases with
subsequent installation of the radiator
■
Place bracket bases (2) in position from table
and Fig 4, mark up drill holes (Fig. 14).
■
Remove bracket bases (2) and drill the holes
(Fig. 15).
■
Position the bracket bases, align them, and
secure using suitable dowels and screws (4
screws per bracket, max. Ø10 mm) (Fig. 15).

Turn the radiator around, with the bottom
facing upwards (Fig. 5)
■
Mount the appropriate number of brackets
from the table and Fig. 4 to the correspon-
ding positions on the radiator. When instal-
ling on a Vplus radiator, insert the tips (4)
between the pipe and radiator panel (Fig. 6),
if necessary, loosen the screws (3).
Caution!
On all radiators, the tips (4) must
grip into the recesses in the panel.

The side faces of the soil stand bracket must

Tighten the screws (3), while at the same ti-
me paying attention to the alignment of the
bracket.

Place radiator with brackets on attached
bracket bases (2) (Fig. 16).
