Parallel connection
T h e output current is t h e s u m of t h e output c u r r e n t s of t h e
units. T h e output v o l t a g e and current of e a c h s l a v e unit are
controllable w i t h t h e c o n s t a n t - v o l t a g e and c o n s t a n t - c u r e n t
controls of t h e m a s t e r unit.

2) R e m o v e t h e short bar ( 8 ) - ( 9 ) of e a c h s l a v e unit.
3) C o n n e c t t h e m a s t e r and s l a v e units a s s h o w n F i g . 1 4 .
4 ) M a k e c o n n e c t i o n b e t w e e n e a c h unit and load w i t h a cable
of t h e s a m e length.
5) G r o u n d t h e G N D terminal of t h e m a s t e r u n i t ' s panel. ( T h e
. output c o n n e c t i o n diagram s h o w s t h e negative line
grounded.)
T h e m a s t e r unit performs c o n s t a n t - v o l t a g e operation ( C V ) and
the s l a v e units c o n s t a n t - c u r r e n t operation ( C C ) .
For remote s e n s i n g during parallel operation, m a k e c o n n e c t i o n
from the
( f S )
and terminals of t h e m a s t e r (refer to t h e
s e c t i o n of remote s e n s i n g ) .
W i t h t h e rated output v o l t a g e is l e s s t h a n 1 0 V , this c o n n e c -
tion is not p o s s i b l e .
