7.4 Changing the dust collection charge
WARNING
Skin contact with cutting fumes, etc. can cause skin irritation in
sensitive individuals! Serious injury to the lungs and the
respiratory tract is possible!
To avoid contact and the inhalation of dusts, use protective
clothing, gloves and a fan-breathing protection system e.g.
KEMPER autoflowXP or a Class FFP2 breathing filter mask
according to EN 149.
The dust collection charge must be changed at regular intervals.
The time until the next change varies according to the type and extent of operation
and the secluded dusts.

Avoid contact with dust -
For this, use
the resources (disposable dust mask, disposable gloves, disposal bags and
ties) included in the scope of delivery of the dust collection charge (Product
No. 1490185)
•
Turn the device off and disconnect the power supply.
•
Open the clamps.
•
Open the maintenance door.
•
Pull the dust collection charge a little from the filter housing.
•
Invert the disposal bag carefully and without stirring the dust above the dust
collection tray and remove it from the filter housing.
•
Carefully close the waste disposal bags with the supplied cable ties.
•
Slide the new dust collection charge (replacement set Product No. 149 0185)
into the filter housing.
•
Close the maintenance door and secure the door with the clamps.
•
Discard the welding particles and dust collection charge in accordance with
regulatory requirements.
