HYDRAULIC HOSES
•
Inspect all hydraulic hoses and couplings daily to ensure that they are in good condition.
•
Pay particular attention to any chafed outer casing.
•
Any damage or leaks must be rectified immediately.
•
Hoses with a damaged metal braid should be replaced.
•
If a coupling is leaking, it must be replaced.
The hose is weakened when installed in twisted
position. In addition, pressure pulses in a twisted hose
tend to wear out threads and loosen connections.
Important!
To avoid twisting when replacing the hose, use two
wrenches to loosen and tighten.

Max. back pressure
return 10 bar.
If the hoses are fitted incorrectly, the gasket in the motor is pushed out, resulting in leakage.
The motor cannot be used until the gasket has been replaced. Pressure in the leakage line must not
exceed pressure in the return hose.
WARNING!
