FAULT CAUSE MEASURE
Gasket on output shaft
starts to leak
1. Check valve installed incorrectly
2. Hydraulic hose (return) does not have
free return
3. Seal oil filter on the tractor
4. Oil flow too high
5. Oil pressure too high 1. Fit check valve according to the manual.
2. Make sure that you have free return
on the hydraulic hose (Return).
3. Replace oil filter.
4. Adjust oil flow.
5. Adjust oil flow.
Bearing failure Bearings not lubricated. Make sure that the machine bearings are
greased before starting up the machine.
Leak in underside of motor Broken shaft gasket due to back pressure
in the leakage line. This can occur if the
leakage line hose or the motor is blocked
or has been plugged, or if the leakage line
hose is not connected directly to the tank. Make sure that the leakage line hose
is connected directly to the tank;
the pressure on the leakage line should be 0.
Check whether the motor or leakage line
hose is clogged or has been plugged.
