USE
Only people who understand the safety information and instructions in this manual may op-
erate the equipment. Be alert and careful when working with the machine and only use the
tool or product in the manner described in this manual. When working with equipment that
has moving parts, there is always the risk of injury. Be careful when working with equipment
equipped with hydraulic hoses ,oil under pressure can penetrate the skin. Seek medical at-
tention immediately if this occurs. Always work alone with the tools that are defined as single
purpose tools. Respect the equipment’s danger zone.

Be careful when you fill the tank with fuel, in particular if any parts are hot
STARTING THE ENGINE
1. Read and understand engine manual before using the machine
2. Observe all safety precautions: Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
3. Ensure that bystanders are at a safe distance from the machine.
4. Turn on the engine choke knob and adjust throttle speed to idle.
5. Pull the starter rope, follow slowly with the rope back to the engine.
6. After a few minutes of warming up at idle, adjust the throttle to the factory setting for
the work to give the engine a normal working speed of up to 3600 RPM.
Warning!
If the throttle is changed to increase the speed above the given recommendations the
warranty may be void. Fuel consumption will increase and excessive vibrations can occur,
leading to hazards to the operator and damage to equipment.
SECURE THE LOG ON THE RAIL
1.) Roll the log up towards the stop.
2) Lock the log onto the log support, ensure that the log
cannot come loose during operation
3.) Set the desired cutting height using the height adjust-
ment crank, use measurement scale
SAWING
:
1.) When the band saw has come up to the correct speed
Move the saw carriage forward and cut off the sapwood,
Remove the sapwood and pull back the carriage to the
starting position
2) Loosen the log, turn it 180 °, and secure the log, push
the saw carriage forwards and cut off the sapwood.
3.) Loosen the log and turn it 90 ° Set the desired
cutting height using the height adjustment crank
and trolley forward. Do the same procedure on the
last side of the log
4.) When all sides are flat, cut up the log in the de-
sired thickness according to previous instructions.
Remember to compensate for the thickness of the
bandsaw blade for each adjustment of the height of the bandsaw blade.
