
8. Troubleshooting and Solutions
When failure occurs, please confirm the following points. If failure cannot be solved, KES1.0 /KES2.0 has
to be sent to the designated point for repair.
1.
High temperature fault: the temperature displays "HA" (alternately display with room temperature)
---lights turn off
Solution: disconnect the power supply for 3 minutes, then reconnect the power supply
2. Low temperature fault: the temperature displays "Lo"(alternately display with room temperature)
Solution: disconnect the power supply for 3 minutes, then reconnect the power supply
3. Temperature probe failure: temperature displays "C1"
Solution: please contact the manufacturer
4. Humidity probe failure: Humanity displays “P1”
Solution: please contact the manufacturer
5. Communication Fault: Temperature, Humanity display “Er”
Solution: please contact the manufacturer
6. Evaporator failure: temperature displays "E1" (alternately display with room temperature or
C1/HA/Lo)
E1 and KES1.0 body temperature alternately display : Evaporator failure
E1 and C1 alternately show: Evaporator f temperature probe failure
E1 and HA alternately show: Evaporator f temperature is too high
E1 and Lo alternately show: Evaporator f temperature is too low
Solution: please contact the manufacturer
7. When the water pump cannot be used:
The water pump default setting is “OFF”. When it is first used, please fill the water at the required tray
water level, and then turn on the water pump switch. (Water pump switch has a water shortage
protection. In case there is no water in the tray, water pump would not work. Please be reminded that
water pump switch should be off whenever replacing water.)
Solution: when the water shortage protection is on, add water to the tray unit it reaches 1cm of the
groove. Switch on and off the water pump repeatedly to resume the water pump
If there is still failure, please stop using it immediately, and send it to the maintenance department.
Non-professional technicians please do not transform or repair KES1.0/KES2.0.
