7. Cleaning and Maintenance
7.1. Cleaning
To keep it tidy, please clean it.
Body Clean
(1) Turn off “On/Off” button and pull off the plug
(2) Use cleaner pump to extract water to bucket from the tray. Pull off the Water pump’s plugs, take out
the tray and use soft towel to clean up.
(3) Soft towel is required for product cleaning. First wipe with wet towel (Do not make the towel too wet
or use water to wipe directly), and use dry towel to wipe again. Be caution for the water seep into plug
and Switches.
Note: If you want to wipe with detergent, please use a neutral detergent. Do not use detergent powder,
volatile oil, thinner, alcohol, alkaline detergent, etc.
(4) Planting sponge should be disposed properly
Planting sponge is disposable product. Please comply with the residence area’s disposal ordinance. (The
material of planting sponge is foam sponge)
(5) Wash and clean the planting baskets or net pots after planting, they are can be recycled many times.
(6) To maintain a good planting environment, it is recommended that the tray cover and tray can be
cleaned regularly with warm water. Be attention that plugs do not get wet while cleaning.
7.2. Maintenance
1. Please follow the manual in strict for the operation of KES1.0/KES2.0.
In general, Automatic Mode can be used unless specified. Automatic Mode has been repeatedly tested
and it is a proper way for plants grow.
2. Do not always pull the plugs while cleaning or planting.
Soft towel is required for product cleaning. First wipe with wet towel (Do not make the towel too wet or
use water to wipe directly), and use dry towel to wipe. Be caution for the water may seep into the
power plug and Switches.
3. Placement:
(1) KES1.0/KES2.0 is only used for indoor, do not place it outdoor. Do not directly place under sunlight
or near water.
(2) Please place KES1.0/KES2.0 on a flat surface and steady place to prevent accident.
(3) Please make sure the lock is locked at the bottom of KES1.0/KES2.0 if there are children at home.
Children must be accompanied to operate KES1.0/KES2.0 in the presence of parents.
(4) To maintain ventilation, the distance between the back of KES1.0/KES2.0 and wall should be at least
10cm from the wall.
