AIR300 LEG PRESS OPERATION MANUAL

HOW TO USE THE AIR300 LEG PRESS

ADJUST AND EXERCISE

1.  Assume the seated position with your feet on the Foot Pads. 

Adjust the Seat to a comfortable position (90° max knee bend). 

2.  Push the Foot Pads forward to check the resistance.
3.  Return the Foot Pads, then adjust the resistance with Thumb 

Buttons.

4.  Exercise: Push the Foot Pads forward, then lift and hold the 

Stop/Release Bar.

5.  To safely exit the machine, push the Foot Pads forward, release 

the Stop/Release Bar, then return Foot Pads to the Adjust 
Position. Ensure the Movable Stops are set below the dots.

BEFORE ENTERING THE MACHINE

Set the Lock Bar to exercise one leg at a time or both together. 
Lift the Seat Lever to adjust the Seat and comfortably enter 
the machine.

WARNING: DO NOT INCREASE RESISTANCE DURING LEG EXTENSION/FLEXION. AVOID LOCKING KNEES. 
Serious physical injury can result. Holding capacity of locked knee joints is higher than the legs can support 
during return.
