Possible reason

Solution

The  motor  unit
continues  to  run
and  the  transpar-
ent

connecting

ring  on  the  motor
unit  continues  to
turn  even  though
the  blender/grind-
er  unit  has  been
removed  from  the
motor unit.

Juice  or  some  other  liquid
has  got  into  the  motor  unit
and  has  caused  the  pressure
switch to stick.

Disconnect from the power supply.
Clean the motor unit and pressure
switch thoroughly and try again.

The motor unit will
not start.

The blending/grinding attach-
ment and the blending/grind-
ing container are not firmly
screwed together.

Take the blender/grinder unit apart
again and screw it together once
more. Ensure that everything is really
firmly screwed together. Try again.

You  are  not  pushing  down
firmly  enough  on  the  blend-
er/grinder  unit  in  the  direc-
tion of the motor unit.

Try again.

The connecting parts on the
motor unit and blender/grind-
er unit are not correctly seat-
ed inside one another.

Disconnect the blender/grinder unit
from the motor once again. Turn the
rubber wheel on the blending/grind-
ing attachment slightly and replace
the unit on the motor unit. The parts
should now slide easily together.
