Drehzahlsuche / Aktivierung
Die Speed-Search Funktion erlaubt das Zuschalten des
Frequenzumrichters auf einen auslaufenden Motor.
Nachdem die Funktion aktiviert worden ist, sucht sie
sich die aktuelle Motordrehzahl und paßt die Ausgangs-
frequenz entsprechend an. Während der Suchphase
wird im Display „SSF“ angezeigt.
Ist der Synchronisationspunkt gefunden worden, be-
schleunigt der Umrichter den Antrieb mit der eingestell-
ten ACC-Rampe auf den Sollwert. Die Bedingungen,
wann Speed Search aktiv wird, sind binär codiert. Sollen
mehrere Bedingungen gleichzeitig gültig sein, so ist ihre
Summe zu bilden.
Im Beispiel wird Speed Search nach Reglerfreigabe und
nach Reset aktiv.
Speed search condition
The speed search function permits the connection of the
frequency inverter to a running-down motor. After the
function has been activated it searches for the current
motor speed and adapts the output frequency accordingly.
During the search the display shows “SSF”.
If the point of synchronization has been found the inverter
accelerates the drive with the adjusted ACC ramp to the
set value. The conditions for speed search to become
active are binary coded. If several conditions are to be
valid simultaneously the sum of them must be formed.
In the following example speed search becomes active
after control release and reset.
Auto-Reset UP
Tritt nach einem kurzzeitigem Netz-
spannungsausfall der Fehler „UP“ auf, so
wird dieser bei aktivierter Funktion selb-
ständig zurückgesetzt (siehe auch
Anhang A.5).
Automatic retry UP
If at a short-time failure of the mains voltage
the error “UP” occurs it is independently
reset by activated function (see Annex A.5).
