oPeraTinG insTrucTions
Please read operating instructions carefully. Before
first use, clean the SYMphonie according to the
instructions below.
Picture 1 Insert gasket no. K750 into the
Kayser
whipper head.
Picture 2 Fill with chilled, fresh whipping cream.
Maximum quantity is 0.25 L or 0.5 L of
whipping cream.
Picture 3 Screw the Kayser head firmly on the
Kayser bottle until the screw thread
of the bottle is no longer visible. Never
cross-thread the Kayser head.
Picture 4 Insert cream charger (N
2
O), silver-
coloured, into the charger holder.
Picture 5 Using the charger holder, only screw the
charger holder containing the charger
onto the metal thread until you hear the
sound of the gas escaping into the bottle.
Only use one charger for 0.25 L or 0.5 L.
Picture 6 Briefly and vigorously shake the
SYMphonie 3 times.
Picture 7 To release the whipped cream, turn the
cream whipper upside down as shown in
the drawing and press the nozzle gently
sideways.
If the whipped cream is still liquid, shake the cream
whipper again briefly. However, do not shake the
SYMphonie before every usage as this makes the
cream too stiff. When using UHT cream or light
cream, chill it very well and shake at least 10 times.
Always release the whipped cream with the SYM-
phonie upside down. If the nozzle is operated in the
upright position, only gas escapes. Excessive loss of
gas may make it impossible to discharge the cream
completely from the creamer. Before attempting to
remove the head of the bottle, activate the handle
until neither whipped cream nor gas is discharged.
Each
Kayser cream whipper is carefully checked
at our factory before shipment. The Kayser cream
whippers are guaranteed for one year from the date
of purchase, provided the cream whipper is used and
operated as designed. Please read the operating and
safety instructions carefully before use!
cleaninG
Before opening the SYMphonie, activate the handle
until no more whipped cream or gas comes out.
Dismantle SYMphonie as shown in the diagram
and wash all parts with mild detergent. Never boil,
never use detergents which corrode aluminium, not
dishwasher-safe. Always store the clean SYMphonie
open. Always rinse the nozzle with warm water after
use.
Never carry out repairs yourself. Use only original
Kayser replacement parts. Kayser chargers are
made of recyclable steel which is a valuable raw
material and should be disposed of accordingly. For
repairs please send in head and bottle together.
