Calculation of body fat
Press the PROGRAM button to enable the function for calculation of body fat. Press the MODE button to select F-1 (gender), F-2 (age), F-3
(length), F-4 (weight) and F-5 (calculation of body fat). Set the value with SPEED+ and SPEED- and press the MODE button to go to F-5 to
calculate body fat while holding the hand pulse sensors for 2–3 seconds. The body fat ratio is shown. This function can be used for both men
and women. The body fat ratio should be between 20 and 25%. Less than 19% indicates underweight. The body fat ratio from 25 to 29%
indicates overweight. Values over 30% indicate fatness. This value is only intended as a guide and must not be used in a medical context.
