MOUNTING

     NOTE:

•

The child seat is mounted behind the
saddle and fastened to the saddle tube
and saddle post.

•

Mount the child seat as far forward as
possible. The child seat has a centre of
gravity marking that should preferably
be in front of the back axle on the bike
and more than 10 cm behind the back
axle.

•

The child seat must not be mounted
tilted forward; risk of child sliding out of
the seat. A slight backward tilt is
recommended.

•

A 5 mm hex key and adjustable spanner
are needed to fit the child seat.

•

Check that all the functions of the bike
are working properly after mounting the
child seat.

     FIG.   1

1.  Choose a suitable spacer combination for

the saddle tube.

– No spacer is used for a saddle tube

saddle tube diameters down to 28
mm.

     FIG.   2

2.  Align the post holder fastener round the

tighten the screws on the fastener with
the hex key.

     FIG.   3

3.  Fit the tube arch in the slot underneath

the child seat and firmly tighten with an
adjustable spanner.

     FIG.   4

as it goes.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

     WARNING!

•

Only use the child seat for the purpose
for which it is intended and in
accordance with these instructions.

and child at risk. Extra baggage should
be placed at the front of the bike,

balance, cycling and braking
characteristics of the bike.

child in the child seat.

•

Do not use the child bike seat if any part
of it is damaged.
