Chapter 4. Getting Started

Kaye HTR-420 User Manual

Removal of Thermocouples Holder:

The thermocouple holder may be hot after use.

Wait for the HTR-420 to cool to a safe

temperature before touching or removing the

holder.



Remove the IRTD and sensors and the three knurled

knob screws.



Remove the cover.



Remove the thermocouples from the housing notches

by rotate the metal holder until all thermocouples

have been successfully dislodged.



Using the HEX key, remove the three housing

screws.



Remove the thermocouple housing from the HTR-

420.
