Cleaning with KaVo CLEANspray (internal and external)
Carry out non-protein-fixing internal cleaning with a CLEANspray and external
cleaning with a cloth soaked with CLEANspray:

Attach fitting adapter to the CLEANspray can.

Attach instrument with the drive side to the adapter.
4 Rinse through the instrument for at least 3 x 2 seconds (solution must flow
out visibly).

Take the instrument from the adapter and set it down.

Spray the surface of the instrument with CLEANspray until the entire sur-
face is wet.
4 Allow the cleaning agent to act for 1 minute.
Manual disinfection
Disinfection with WL-cid from Alpro (in external)
Carry out internal disinfection with WL-cid and external disinfection using a
cloth soaked in WL-cid:

Attach fitting adapter to the WL-cid can.

Attach instrument with the drive side to the adapter.
4 Rinse through the instrument for at least 2 x 3 seconds (solution must flow
out visibly).

Take the instrument from the adapter and set it down.

Spray the surface of the instrument with WL-cid until the entire surface is
wet.
4 Allow the disinfectant to act for 5 minutes.
7.2.3 Manual drying
Use KaVo DRYspray for subsequent drying of the air, water and gear unit ducts.

Cover the medical device with the KaVo Cleanpac bag, and place it on the
corresponding care adapter.
4 Hold the can vertically.
4 Press the spray key for at least 3 seconds.

4 Immediately after drying, lubricate the KaVo medical device with care
agents from the KaVo care system.

7.3 Automated reprocessing
WARNING
Sharp dental bur in the medical device.
Injury hazard from sharp and/or pointed dental bur.
4 Remove the dental bur.
CAUTION
Never reprocess the medical device with chloride-containing products.
Malfunction and material damage.

Reprocess in a washer disinfector or by hand only.
