7 Calibrate the Everest engine Base Camp 4140

7.2 Mill the calibration body
▶ Close the safety doors.
▶ Press the Start function key on the control panel.
After approximately 5 minutes, the Everest engine Base Camp stops.
After machining the second side (occlusion), the machine moves back to start po‐
sition. Production is now over.
7.2.10 Remove the calibration body from the insert
▶ Open safety doors.
▶ Remove the lock screw, and remove the Everest Insert from the machine.
▶ Remove the blank according to processing instructions Mat. no. 1.002.2090.
▶ Heat the calibration body with the hair drier until it can be removed from the green
T-Inplast.
▶ Continue to heat the calibration body with the hair drier until all of the T-Inplast
is burned off.
Note
All the surfaces of the calibration body must be free of embedding plastic.
