7 Calibrate the Everest engine Base Camp 4140

7.2 Mill the calibration body
The startup program is started. All five axes move for approximately 15 minutes.
After the startup program ends, the Everest engine Base Camp moves to basic
position. The warm up program heats the Everest engine Base Camp to operating
temperature and therefore has to be done once directly before calibration.
7.2.6 Start the CNC/MMI software
▶ In the program Everest Base Camp Control in the menu Machine, select the
submenu Diagnosis, and the menu itemCNC.
7.2.7 Start the calibration program P650042
Note
A new program is used to calibrate the Everest engine Base Camp!
Requirement
The CNC/MMI software is started.
▶ In the "ATUOmatik" menu, click the button "Run program 1" (F2) , and then click
the button "Subsequent block" (F1).
▶ Reclick the AUTOmatic menu.
▶ Click the button "Program number" (F1).
▶ Go to the directory "Calibr" (F4) (path: C:\IBHData\NCProg\Calibr).
