11.3

Calibrating the tool holder magazine and laser

The calibration unit (Mat. no. 1.009.2538) is needed as a measuring tool in the

calibration of the tool magazine holder and laser. The calibration unit consists of a

measuring mandrel and a sleeve.

▶ Tap the "Maintenance" > "Technician Service" > "System Test" > "Lacer Cali‐

bration" buttons successively in the "Service" menu.

▶ Follow the instructions on the display:

Take out the magazine.

Clean the face of the spindle.

Insert the calibration pin in the chuck and click on "Continue".

▶ Close the door of the machine.
