▶ Clamp the chuck block with 2 cheese head screws ① using torque wrench

ARCTICA Spindle (Mat. no. 1.009.8817) at a torque of 3.6 Nm and secure it

with Loctite 241.

▶ Connect the spindle sealing air hose (blue) ① to the quick-plug coupling on

the jacket surface.

▶ Connect the compressed air hose of the tool chuck (black) ② to the quick-plug

coupling on the rear of the spindle.

▶ Connect the power supply ③ to the spindle.

Mounting the coolant manifold

▶ Make sure that the bellows is correctly seated on the spindle.
