Check screw connections:
(2) on the sideshifter housing (3).
(4) and washer (5) on the guide (6)
(7) on the upper hooks (8).
(9) on the lower hooks (10).
(13) on the lower hooks (14).
(15) on the lower intermediate element (16).
on the fork safety retaining stops (1).
Replace loose or damaged screws. Torque the screws as specified in Chapter 6.1
General.
Weekly
Grease:
Sliding pieces (11) by way of the greasing nipples (12).
Sliding pieces (18) by way of the greasing nipples (19).
Sliding pieces (20) by way of the greasing nipples (21).
Supporting rollers on the lower hooks (22) as necessary.
Every 200h
Check wear on:
Sliding pieces (11).
Sliding pieces (18).
Sliding pieces (20).
Supporting rollers (22).
As necessary
Renew worn sliders (18) by removing the hooks (10). Remove the fork positioner in
the reverse order to that described in section 4.1. Replace the sliders (18). During
installation pay close attention that the sliders (18) are seated correctly. Then fit the
fork positioner as described in section 4.1.
Renew worn sliders (20) by removing the hydraulic lines from the cylinder (23) with
the hydraulic system depressurised. Remove the nut (24). Lift the attachment using
the lifting points marked. Replace the sliders (20). Ensure correct seating of the
sliders (20) during installation. Reinstall the attachment and cylinder (23) with nut (24)
and the hydraulic lines.
