Troubleshooting

The Receiver is not Responding, or the TV Set Display Remains 
Blank

Possible causes

Remedy

The antenna cable is not connected or the 
mains plug is not correctly plugged into 
the mains socket.

Check the antenna cable and the mains 
plug connection

The receiver and TV set are connected 
incorrectly

Connect the receiver and TV set accord-
ing to Fig. 

5, p. 16.

An incorrect input is selected on the TV 
set

Select the input on the TV set which the 
receiver is connected to.
