Troubleshooting

The Receiver Is Not Responding, or the 
TV Set Display Remains Blank

Possible causes

Remedy

The mains plug or the antenna cable are 
not connected or the mains plug is not 
correctly plugged into the mains socket

Check the mains plug and the antenna 
cable as well as the mains plug connec-
tion 

The receiver and TV set are connected
