Automatic Mode
Moving Forward & Backward
INFORMATION
Light Emitting Diode (LED)
Flashing: Request for change of function
for transmission. Once the diode is
continuously lit, the change of function has
been implemented.
Continuous Light: The transmission
implements this function.
INFORMATION
The buttons «R», «N», and «D» respond
when they are released. The shift will be
ignored if the button is pressed for longer
than 5 seconds. The up and down arrow
buttons and «Fn» respond immediately
once actuated.
WARNING
• With regard to electromagnetic
compatibility (EMC),we would like
to draw your attention to the risks
of functional disruptions of electronic
systems which may be caused by
improper installation and/or improper
handling of senders (mobile phones,
radio transmitters, etc. ...).
• The use of transmitter devices (mobile
phones, radio transmitters, …) requires
a minimum distance of 50 cm away
from the ZF-AS Tronic lite pushbutton
range selector.
While the vehicle is stationary, actuate the
service brake and press the «D» button. The
transmission system selects the best gear for
setting off.
If you press the accelerator pedal, the clutch
closes automatically and the vehicle starts to
move.
The transmission system performs upshifts and
downshifts automatically during travel. Shifts
which would result in overloading or stalling
the engine are prevented by the transmission
system when driving in Automatic mode.
At any point in time, e.g. during difficult driving
situations, the driver can manually shift up and
down without having to release the throttle.
