12.9 Emergency operation of the electric drop-down bed
If the electric drop-down bed is not functioning, the possible causes should be identified first. (Refer to
the section “
One or several electrical appliances are not working
” in the section “ Troubleshooting ”.) If the
malfunction persists, contact the authorised dealer or an authorised workshop. In an emergency, the
height can also be adjusted manually with the supplied hand crank. For this purpose, the base panelling
of the drop-down bed has to be removed for accessing the drive which is located directly underneath the
slatted base. When the supplied hand crank is inserted into the respective opening in the drive, the bed
can be moved to the desired position. (Refer to the operating instructions from the device manufacturer.)

If any problems occur with the electric drop-down bed, contact your authorised dealer
or an authorised specialist workshop.
12.10 Room divider
A 2-part room divider can be inserted from above into the slots at the side between the kitchen area and
the transport space. The room divider has window-like openings that can be used as steps for accessing
the drop-down bed.
