Setting the drive system’s Bowden
cable

A readjustment is necessary when
the engine’s uphill tractive force is
insufficient.
Unscrew the locking nut
Readjust the setscrew
Tighten the locking nut
Check the sweep roller
Lock the hand brake
Remove the swept material
container
Remove tapes and string from the
sweep roller
Insert the swept material container
Replacing the sweep roller

Replacing it is necessary if the
sweeping result is visibly
diminished due to worn bristles.
Lock the hand brake
Remove the swept material
container
Unscrew fastening screw
Unscrew fastening screw
Take out main brush

Pay attention to the position of the
bristle set when installing the new
main brush!
Insert new main brush and fasten

Ensure that the flat washer is in the
correct position!
You must overlap the main brush at
the top and at the bottom
Insert the swept material container
Check and adjust sweeping range
of roller
Cover a level surface evenly with
dust
Raise the sweeping machine on the
front and put it on the prepared
surface
Lock the hand brake
Let the main brush run for approx.
1530 s
Raise the sweeping machine on the
front and move it to the side
The shape of the sweeping area
forms a symmetrical rectangle which
is between 30 - 40 mm wide.
