Danger
Risk of poisoning in the event of improper
or inadequate ventilation! Install the waste
water treatment plants only in areas that
permit good ventilation. This is especially
important while topping up chemicals.
Note: The plant must be installed in a hori-
zontal manner and aligned straight!
Î Install the loosely delivered drain cock
at the connection (A).
Î Fasten the pump in the dirt collector at
least 200 mm above the floor in such a
way that the floater switch can move
freely.
Î Connect dirt water pump and inlet (G)
using DN 25 hose.

Danger
Risk of electrical voltage! All electrical in-
stallations may only be done by an electri-
cian according to the local regulations.
Î Guide the electrical cable of the pump
through the opening (C) and connect it
to the terminal clips provided for it in the
control electronics.
Note: Connection output of the dirt water
pump max. 1000 W.
Î Guide Overflow (B) with DN 50 hose to
the dirt water collection basin.
Î Guide emergency overflow (F) to the
dirt water collection tank or the drainage
system according to the local regula-
tions.
Î Depending on the local conditions,
guide drain (E) to the HDS - ASA/HDR
(2.638-300) attachment set, processed
water storage tank or the drainage.
Î Guide drain (H) to the drainage system
depending on the local conditions.
Socket requirements:
– Proper earthing
– Easy accessibility
– Secured with a fuse
Carry out proper installation according to
the assembling instructions of the respec-
tive attachment sets.
The dosing quantities for splitting and ster-
ilisation agents have been set in the factory
to an average value.
Note: The dosing quantities must be ad-
justed by the Customer Service mechanic
at the installation site to match the level of
dirt in the waste water.
The operating type (recycling or inlet into
the drainage system) must be set by the
Customer Service mechanic.
The operator can carry out this task (see
"Start-up").
