Abnormal communications
Verify the power cord is plugged in securely on both ends and
the Heat Roller Unit is ON. Confirm power is applied by
cycling the power switch on the printer.
Verify the ROM version of the heat roller is ExH. Roller/1.0 in
the User Mode ROM menu.
Ensure the Heat Roller Unit cable is securely connected to the
back of the printer.
Contact your authorized reseller.
