Wheel Lift safety locks
Your machine is fitted with the following safety lock
system.
Wheel cylinder lock channel type. (See figure 17)
To Engage:

Fully extend lift cylinder/s.

Disengage cylinder-stops.

Remove cylinder lock-channels from storage
points and secure on the two centre
cylinders with lynch pins provided.
To Release

Lift hydraulics, remove lock-channels from
cylinders and place in storage point
provided.

Reset cylinder-stops for normal working
depth

When not in use always place lock channel
in storage point provided.
Wing Transport Safety Locks CropCommander
®
Safety locks prevent the wings from dropping in transport.
Always engage wing locks when machine is folded, and for transport.
Never rely only on the hydraulic system.
To Engage:

see figure 18 for engaged locking position
To Disengage:

Lift hydraulics to release locking mechanism and slowly
extend cylinders to unfold wings.

Wing cylinders must be fully extended at all times when operating.
Danger Crushing hazard, failure to comply will result in
serious injury or death.
Ensure hydraulic system is fully primed, failure to comply
could result in serious injury or death.
